The MR2 belongs to a good customer of ours who plans to retire in the near future. He would like this and his FJ Cruiser to be his daily driver without having to buy any other cars. The car currently has well over 200+++ miles. However, with such a fun car the head gasket had finally blown. We currently have the engine fully disassembled and is at the Machine shop called Rinks in Colorado Springs. New Pistons are on the way and are being personally made for this vehicle. We should have the motor back in 2 weeks and be fully reassembly it with all new gasket, seals, and rings. This car has been a blast to work on so much so that we are doing new rear shocks and trailing arms along with a few extras to make this car reliable and fun for years to come.

All new Gaskets and Fluids
The J10 was a nice surprise! Not every day that you get to work on a classic Jeep. The customer would like to turn this truck into his daily work truck. He is saving up for a full motor swap. However, in the meantime he would like to keep driving this truck with all the original equipment. We have replaced and service both the front and rear differentials while uncoiling the original paint. We agreed to keep the patina paint and clear coat all parts that have to get removed. We have dropped the oil pan, replaced the rear main seal, and oil pan seal as well has cleaned and clear coated the oil pan. We have done the same to the valve cover gasket. Spark plugs are new, and the carbonator idles like a champ. Rear brakes have been cleaned and adjusted. Next will be the front brakes and wheel hub assembles with all the calipers. As well as a new Clutch and Transmission and transferase service.
